The handoff is part of the job.

An assignment should explain what needs attention. A completed task should explain what happened. ACT keeps both in one record, with the customer and location attached.

Put it to work.

A practical starting point for field service, built on ACT’s connected work items.

Assigned site visits

Set an assignee and due date, connect a site, and keep the job description and a map of its assets available from a phone.

Evidence from the field

Record an outcome for each asset with notes, photos, and checklist responses. Each photo shows where it was taken and how far it was from the asset. Add assets discovered during the visit and place them on the map where they stand.

Customer-ready reporting

Collect completed work into a report and publish a snapshot or export a PDF for the customer.

Start with one
useful workflow.

Choose one service workflow. Set the states from ready to reviewed, then give the field team a checklist with just the information the reviewer needs.

Questions about
your workflow.

Can technicians use ACT on a phone?

Yes. ACT is a responsive web application with work details, asset logging, and task actions designed for phone use. A native mobile app and offline mode are not currently offered.

Does it handle dispatch routing and timesheets?

Route planning, time tracking, and billing are not currently part of ACT. Use it to coordinate work, capture evidence, and manage review.
