Why is ACT quoted?
Operations teams use ACT in different ways. A quote lets us price the modules you actually use and the number of sites you manage, so you never pay for features you leave switched off.
What goes into a quote?
Core, the modules you choose, and your active site band. A site counts when it has work items, assets, reports, or a project that includes it. Each band includes a set number of office seats and storage, and extra seats or storage are added to the quote.
Can we change modules later?
Yes. Tell us what you want to add or remove and we’ll update your quote. Owners and admins can switch features on and off in workspace settings for the modules you own.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email the workspace owner and keep everything working for 7 days while the payment method is updated. If it is still unpaid after that, the workspace becomes read-only: your team can open and export everything, but cannot add new work. Nothing is deleted, and full access returns as soon as the payment goes through.
