Good work deserves
a clear standard.

ACT Partners connects companies that need dependable processes with subcontractors ready to show how they work.

ACT certification is being built to recognize companies that learn, document, and use a shared way of working in ACT.

Find organized subcontractors. Set a shared standard.

For the parent companies and teams coordinating work across sites, ACT certification is being designed to make a subcontractor’s process easier to evaluate.

  • A clearer shortlist. Identify companies that have completed ACT’s learning and workflow requirements.
  • Less onboarding friction. Start with teams familiar with work items, site details, and checklist-based instructions.
  • Easier oversight. Use a shared process for evidence, review, and handover instead of chasing updates across messages.
  • Consistent expectations. Give subcontractors a common way to follow your requirements across facilities.

Show your readiness. Make your process repeatable.

For the companies delivering the work, the program will help you teach your methods, demonstrate your ACT knowledge, and show customers what they can expect.

  • Stand out to buyers. Share an earned certificate and website badge in proposals and customer conversations.
  • Simpler team training. Bring new people up to speed with a guided tutorial and your own Library materials.
  • Repeatable delivery. Put videos, PDFs, and slides alongside the checklists that guide your team’s work.
  • Clearer handovers. Keep work records and evidence together so customers can review the result.
Ask about becoming certified

A practical path.
A visible commitment.

The planned certification journey brings learning, your company’s process, and hands-on practice together.

The two-minute tutorial is the starting point. Full certification will include additional requirements and review.

  1. Learn the essentials

A guided introduction designed to take two minutes. Practice with a sample project, work item, asset, and checklist. Replay it whenever you need a refresher.

  2. Make the process yours

Use the Library for ACT training and your own videos, PDFs, and slides. Connect instructions to the checklists your team uses in the field.

  3. Demonstrate the workflow

Complete the required learning and practical steps. Track your progress toward certification, with a clear view of what still needs attention.

  4. Share your certification

Once approved, download a digital certificate and website badge so customers can recognize your company’s commitment to working with ACT.

get started.

Can my company get certified today?

Not yet. We are developing the program and its requirements. Contact us to express interest, discuss your workflow, or help shape an early partner program. Certificates and badges are not being issued yet.

Is certification for a person or a company?

The planned certification is for a company. Individual team members will complete learning and the guided tutorial, with their progress contributing to the company’s requirements. The final participation and assessment criteria are still being defined.

Will I be able to find certified subcontractors?

That is the direction of ACT Partners: helping buyers identify companies that work with a shared system. A searchable partner directory is planned for a later phase. Contact us now to discuss what you need from a partner network.

How much will it cost, and how long will it last?

Pricing, review requirements, validity periods, and renewal rules have not been announced. We will make those details clear before companies enroll.
