Define done. Capture the proof.

Make the expected result clear before someone starts. Reusable checklists collect the answers, readings, notes, and photos your reviewers need.

Checklists & inspections,
in practice.

  • Use checkbox, choice, number, text, and photo responses.
  • Mark required items and explain the work with item instructions.
  • Require a note for selected answers, such as a failed check.
  • Apply templates by project, asset type, or a specific asset.
  • Sign off completed checklists before sending the work for review.
  • Keep existing work unchanged when a template is updated.

From setup to everyday work.

Write the standard

Create reusable items with the right response type. Add instructions and the answers that require more explanation.

Capture the result

Workers answer the checklist on the work item. Required answers and conditional notes make missing evidence visible.

Review what happened

Reviewers see the recorded results and supporting evidence. Each task keeps the checklist it received, even as your standards evolve.

A closer look.

Is a checklist just a list of ticks?

No. ACT supports choices, numeric readings, text, and photos alongside checkboxes. A selected exception can require a note before the item counts as complete.
