Know the equipment behind the task.

Keep asset identity and operational results connected. Work on a pump, air handler, or other asset stays tied to the equipment it describes.

Actual ACT asset register with equipment, tags, sites and status

Assets,
in practice.

  • Organize assets by site with names, tags, types, and map icons.
  • Add custom asset fields and supporting files.
  • Place each asset on the map at its site.
  • Attach multiple assets to a work item.
  • Record results and notes for each asset on the work.
  • Carry asset assignments into recurring work.

From setup to everyday work.

Build the register

Create the asset at its site and record identifying details your team needs in the field.

Connect the assignment

Attach the relevant equipment to the work item, including recurring work that revisits the same assets.

Record each result

Capture which assets were checked and what happened to each. A task-wide comment does not have to stand in for every result.

A closer look.

Does ACT include parts inventory or purchasing?

Not currently. ACT includes asset records and work history, but parts inventory, purchase orders, and condition-triggered maintenance are not included.
